Who We Are? GCS helps political clients around the world achieve success. GCS was founded in 1999 by some of the world's preeminent political consultants: Stan Greenberg, James Carville, Bob Shrum, and Tal Silberstein. Under their leadership, GCS grew to be the internationally recognized political consultancy it is today.
